Make a call in Teams.
We've been testing Teams, as we hope to reduce our use of email and Skype and other channels via this. But we've hit a simple problem: whenever I try to call or video call someone, it gives me an error message that says "Not reachable: User not available on a client that supports calling".
We've all downloaded the desktop app; calling is enabled in the admin set-up; and we're all calling a lot via Skype so this is all working -- but can't get it to work inside Teams. Any idea? Can this not work for all users in your teams? Does the same error occur if others in the team trying to call you?
